Today, the long-awaited Ministerial Order (https://lnkd.in/dN78QA6G) that develops Royal Decree 1007/2023, better known as the Anti-Fraud Regulation, has been published in the B.O.E. The importance of its publication lies, among other things, in the fact that today is the start of the deadlines for the beginning of the digital transformation that all companies and professionals in Spain must put into practice.
In a first phase, it will be necessary to adjust to the requirements of the billing software and the implementation of the Veri * Factu system, and later, the second phase will come with the implementation of the electronic invoice, although this is still missing.
Order HAC / 1177/2024: This will be the new mandatory electronic invoicing
The technical aspects and contents of the design of the billing programs are specified, as well as the formats for sending the information to the electronic headquarters of the AEAT
The technical, functional and content specifications referred to in the Regulation establishing the requirements to be adopted by the computer or electronic systems and programs that support the billing processes of entrepreneurs and professionals, and the standardization of billing record formats, approved by Royal Decree 1007/2023, of December 5; and in the Regulation governing billing obligations, approved by Royal Decree 1619/2012, of November 30, are developed. .
